Support & Help
A quick tour of what Flowcus can do, and how to reach a human when you need one.
The basics
Your Focus Companion
The heart of the app is a chat with your coach. Tell it what you're working on, how you're feeling, or that you're stuck — it responds like a coach, not a chatbot. Everything else in Flowcus feeds into this conversation.
Focus sessions
Hit Start Focus, pick what you're working on and for how long, and the timer runs — even if you switch tabs or minimize the window. Pause and resume freely. When the session ends you get a gentle moment to reflect; that reflection lands in your Journal.
The mini timer (desktop app)
On desktop, a small always-on-top bar shows your timer, your line for the session, and quick controls, so you can hide the main window and still stay connected. Its toolkit includes a parking lot — jot a stray thought in two seconds and get back to work; it'll be waiting for you afterwards.
Check-ins
During a session the coach may quietly ask "Are you on track?" — answering takes one tap, and "not quite" offers to talk it through or just refocus, no guilt either way. You can also ask the coach to "check on me in 30 minutes" in chat, and it actually will. Both are configurable in Settings, including the hours the coach is allowed to ping you.
Going deeper
Journal
Every session, break, distraction, and reflection is collected into a daily view — the story of your day rather than a scoreboard. A daily recap sums it up in plain words.
Experiments
A lab notebook for trying focus techniques — pick one from the library or create your own (a name plus how you do it). Run it for a week or open-ended, tap Did it whenever you actually try it, and drop field notes on what you notice. Your coach knows what you're running and cheers along.
Tasks
Keep a simple list of what matters today and attach a task to each focus session. No projects, labels, or nesting — it's deliberately light.
Your coach's memory
Over time the coach remembers what works for you. You can read and edit everything it knows in Settings → What your coach knows — including telling it to forget. Nothing is hidden.
Sound & scenery
Ambient soundscapes and calm backgrounds are one tap away during a session. You can also talk to the coach with your voice instead of typing, in browsers that support it.

Questions or problems
The quickest way is the contact form — it goes straight to Sunaina, the founder.
